Elpis Counseling and Consulting

My focus in the counseling process is to meet individuals in their current life stage and work collaboratively to address any issues. As no two people are the same, an aim of treatment is to personalize the process with treatment goals to address unique needs.
I believe in a holistic approach in medicine, therapy, nutrition and physical well-being for each client. We all struggle in different ways and have the different factors of our lives intersecting, and more than anything we all need connection and support. I hope to be a part of your journey as you build a life worth living.
